*knock knock knock*
That’s been my week so far. 🙂 If you can’t tell, we’ve been doing a bit of tracting here. 😀
In other crazy news, one of our roommates, Elder Eppig, went home yesterday to get his Crohn’s disease under control. He had been out for 17 months and had been dealing with it pretty well, but lately, stress had been getting to him more and more. He was an amazing example to me of hard work and diligence, and he always knew how to make people smile. When word got out that he was leaving, their phone was never silent because members and missionaries alike wanted to say goodbye! He left a such a great legacy here in the California Irvine Mission. We miss you already buddy!
Also, it’s transfer time and Elder Hanks and I are still here, in the area that has the world’s largest gated retirement community. Good ol’ Laguna Woods. Emphasis on the old. 🙂
Well, that’s it for this week!
Love you, miss you,
– Elder Jon Peter Ahlstrom
